I had a good bed and clean bathroom, brilliant room. The view right in front of the lake it had was pleasant. The location was stunning for traveling around Lakes Entrance, short walk to super market, main beach, and shops and clubs. Everything met expectation, I can't wait to go back.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the centre of town as well as shops and clubs. Café Bloody Good Coffee located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. The room was clean and brilliant with fabulous views, a lounge area and coffee.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel and Lakes Entrance, had 5 superb relaxing days there. We walked everywhere, the location was great and favourable, right across the road from the river. Also, Griffiths Sea Shell Museum was 1 mile away.

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a shopping area, very close to super market and local restaurant and shops and restaurants. Booked a room with exceptional views of the lake. The location was marvellous and good - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming apartment in a beautiful lakeside town. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the Main Street with easy access to shops and attractions. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, with a separate toilet on the first floor and a stunning view of the lakes from the ground floor. I also appreciated the great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities provided. The breakfast was a lovely addition, giving me a tasty start to my day. a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations.

Everything was spot on, no improvements needed.

We appreciated the hotel and Lakes Entrance, had 1 very relaxing days there. Our room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator. The decor was comfortable and the staff were amazing friendly. The venue had magnificent location close enough to the centre of town and other attractions.

The apartment at Emmanuel Holiday was clean and comfortable, with new appliances and a refurbished bathroom. I especially liked the relatively new and clean couch. The location was great, within easy walking distance to places or a quick drive. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. I'll recommend this hotel for a relaxing few days.

Every detail was good and I loved it. Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was especially helpful during all this time. The hotel was situated in the central location near the lake. I had a very enjoyable time.

This hotel was located right across the river, and it only took me a few minutes to walk to Aldi from here. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating when I arrived early for check-in. The apartment was spotless and contained everything I needed to cook my own meals.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful views of the river from our apartment. The apartment was equipped with comfortable beds and lovely bedding. the air conditioning was excellent. The location was perfect, providing easy access to everything that the town had to offer.

Our room was not cleaned sufficiently. The carpets were dirty and not vacuumed properly, and the pool was not cleaned often enough.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on the Main Street is perfect, within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. The friendly staff provide excellent service, and the basic amenities meet all your needs. The rooms on the first floor have a lovely view, and the separate toilet adds convenience.
